Cancellation Policy

Covid-19 Spa Policies:

  • Hand washing sinks are available for your use. 

  • Contactless payment is highly recommended.

  • If you are feeling ill, or have been around someone who is sick, we will ask you to reschedule your appointment. 

  • Please no extra guests to your appointment.

Cancellation Policy: 

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hour notice.

Our Policy:

  • Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee.

  • If you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you and your appointment may be rescheduled.

  • At this time we do not require a credit card to book.  If cancellations and reschedules are misused or become too frequent - we will ask for a form of payment at the time of your booking.
